Department of Pharmacy of Jashore University of Science and Technology (JUST) emerged victorious in the IUB Pharma Fest - 2019 on 21 October, 2019.

Almost 60 teams of 16 universities of Bangladesh presented their poster and participated in Pharma Olympiad in the IUB Pharma Fest - 2019. Department of Pharmacy, JUST sent three teams among which the team of Asma Akter (Session 2012-13) and Trina Mitra (Session 2013-14) was the champion of Pharma Olympiad.

Moreover, the team of Joy Bala (Session 2014-15) and Md. Mohaiminul (2011-12) secured the runner-up position. The third team of Swarna Biswas and Kifyat Tasnim (Session 2014-15) was fifth among all the teams.

Chairman of Department of Pharmacy, JUST Dr. Kishor Mazumder and Assistant Professor Md. Jashim Uddin supervised the participation of students in IUB Pharma Fest - 2019.
